Stayed here a couple of times now. Very tidy place in a very handy location close to shopping mall, restaurants, supermarket and pubs. Easy to navigate and plenty of car parking available on site.

Loved our stay in the twin room! We had a quick trip that required only one night in Dunedin. Late check in was seamlessly accommodated, the room was warm and cozy on arrival late at night. It was very clean, incredible shower pressure and comfy bed. Great location being in town - within walking distance to shops/the octagon etc and car park was provided for free. Would definitely come back again and highly recommend.

Great place to stay .
We were very grateful for the manager for his help when we had trouble getting into a car park which wasnt big enough for our car . Good to get a room in the block that has a lift . We usually stay here when we stay in Dunedin . Close to shops and restaurants .
