Simple but effective!
Property was easily accessible. Property was clean. Check in process was easy. The communication with the host was outstanding, I contacted a couple times and the response back to me exceeded my expectations!! Thumbs Up!!

Relocation to Durham
We were disappointed, the TV remote didn’t work so you couldn’t use it. No furniture on the deck although it might be rotted. Utensils were scarce example no spatula. The surrounding area was not pleasant the over all duplex was not very nice. We were hoping for a relaxing place after checking out rentals etc. but it wasn’t at all, you didn’t feel like you wanted to go back and hang out there, which was important to us. I chose poorly.

Near to everything
Nice , clean, quiet place to crash after a long day exploring Raleigh / Durham area. Nice culde sac on a dead end road Near Starbucks, Krispy Crème , Food Lion or Harris Teeter and Walgreens. Multiple local eateries that were really good food. Italian Pizzeria and Mexican Restraunt.
