"We have stayed here before, and liked it. This time, we found the room on the cold side, especially with the snow. There was no thermostat to adjust the temperature. The towels and robes provided were on the hard side. Breakfast was excellent though. Parking was good too. "

"Fabulous stay in a lovely suite with very comfortable facilities and bed. The sitting area could do with some more glassed etc and since there is a fridge, some fresh milk? Excellent food and service in the restaurant. First impression on arrival is so cosy and warm due to the lovely festive decorations. Staff are super friendly too. "

"Beautiful hotel, we were there for NYE, food was excellent however, the bar was understaffed and there were no chairs for people to sit after dinner, no staff seem to have the common sense to get chairs for people v odd was there was lots of space for them, a v expensive night away to have no seat seems unbelievable really. There were only a few family tables and a few stools at the bar, they really need to prepare based on number of bookings. The bar manager was v nice & he was severely under...

"Really lovely large buildings with nice grounds. Very well priced a d lovely spa facilities included. Only downside was lack of places near by to go out and eat without having to drive, other than that, fantastic and the beds are great, really big!"

"Beautiful property although out of the way. Big portions on bar food and reasonably priced. Only couple of downsides. No cappuccinos at breakfast as like to start day with one and ac not working and had to bring in our own. Definitely work a return visit."
