"A great Babymoon resort! Everyone was so accommodating especially with the nonalcoholic drinks for me. Check in was a little delayed and we didn’t have cold water in our showers but overall the service was excellent and we will be returning after our baby is born "

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room service came everyday and replaced towels and fridge. Staff was helpful with booking reservations via WhatsApp (but sometimes it was difficult to get a reservation — would recommend trying to book all reservations your first night). Room was fairly clean, however, it did show some signs of damage. For example, the doorway panels were pulled away, there was missing grout in the shower, the tv didn’t work, and one of the elevators was out of order. Pool areas were fairly clean as well. The lounge chair cushions had some stains, but pool towels were in fair condition. Food was good and there were a good amount of options. It was nice being on the adult side and being able to go to the family side as well. The buffets were probably the best. I wish there were more restrooms closer to the pool areas and that the property was a bit more fixed up. Overall, we had a great time! Food was good, staff was nice, and the vibes were fun. "Our stay was good, property was very nice, clean and well maintained, food too, a huge variety. Most of the staff, was friendly and helpful, including the cleaning crew. With the help of customer service guy from Privilage we were able to book a trip for next morning after 7 pm the night before. The tour operator was gone, but he called him home and helped us with the booking. As a recomendation for improving the service I would recommend reception staff to be better trained in English language. Some of them barely spoke English. Also for the bathrooms the management could buy rubber or plastic mats instead of giving towels. A huge problem was the lack of change for tipping the staff and getting a drink. Nobody wanted to give us a change, sending us to the reception desk, where we were always told they don't have. Only in the Casino we were able couple times to get a change. Overall everything else was excellent. "
