"This place is obviously recently renovated, but in a half-assed way that leaves the old, worn-out feel. Floors are fake wood, but very obvious and not cozy at all. Bathrooms still have rust in the tubs, and are very small. If you need to stay in the area cheaply, it's generally a good deal, but I wouldn't want to stay here for more than a night or two."

"This is an older hotel, but has been refurbished and is kept very appealing cosmetically. The grounds were clean and litter free. It was too cold for the pool, but maybe another time because it also looked clean and well maintained. The staff were pleasant and efficient so check-in was a breeze. The water pressure in the shower was weak and it took quite a while to get warm, but it was do-able. I definitely would stay at this hotel again."

"Wanted a staycation to just getaway for the weekend with the husband. Wanted a quiet place to decompress. They delivered. Not you fancy, frou-frou, Four Seasons. But if you want a beautiful escape from the world, this is it. Enjoyed the wine tasting and touring the wine cellar (sooooo cool!). Lounged out by the pool. Did yoga in the meditation garden. Fed the koi fish. Definitely want to go back. It felt like we were going back in time to Tuscany or the south of France. "
