"The bed and the pillows were not the most comfortable and when sitting on the toilet it had to be done sideways which isn't comfortable. The service was really good, when we requested extra pillows and the fan they happily obliged and allowed us to keep our car parked at the hotel after we had checked out which was really helpful l "

"Great hotel with realy clean spacious rooms and a good powerful shower and a large TV mounted on the wall Reception was nice and clean and welcomed by Victoria who was very pleasant and also knowledgable about surrounding area and taxi and local transport The evening staff Bhagi and Carolina were also great and friendly The buffet breakfast had a decent selection of cold meats cheeses , cereals ,breads for toasting and also a hot plate with a great selection of hot items bacon eggs sausage etc Sanju guided me through the items and showed me how the coffee machine worked I had a great night sleep and recommend staying here if your in or around London it’s 10 mins from barking tube station I will definately stay here again .
