"I like the fact that the property was gated away from the strip,no one but guests are allowed. CVS pharmacy across the street. No other stores are within walking distance. Get your water, food etc before you enter the property. Basic plain Starbucks coffee is eight dollars for a Venti. The restaurant is very expensive so eat out before you come inside the property. No casino on the lobby floor like some of the other hotels. "

"All was good but half toilet paper inside the restroom. If they know a person stay for 3 days they should have at least the whole complete toilet paper."

"Very nice place. It was very spacious and cool that we could operate everything in the room with Alexa but it came with a learning curve for us. We chose not to get our room serviced but exchanged towels mid stay. It was surprisingly very quiet on our floor which we appreciated. My one complaint was there was no coffee in the room. We had bathrobes and a full mini bar that was quite expensive that we didn't use, but the ability to have a coffee in the room would have been nice. "

"The staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice to have a view of the inner courtyard.It is an older hotel, our hot water pressure was low one day and it affected our showers. The beds and pillows are decent. Lots of noise from airplanes flying overhead."

"This isn't The Wynn, so we can't compare these 5 stars to a Wynn 5 stars. Was in town for the AVN show, and if I stayed at the Virgin Hotel, it would have cost me north of 1000 for 3 nights. Compare that to the Alexis Park, where my three night stay cost as much as o e night across the street. The room was clean, bed was firm, HVAC and WiFi worked. I didn't use any other amenities, so I can't speak to them I've been here before, and I'll be here again "
