"I would not stay in a downtown hotel in Sarasota again. There was really nothing to do. Of course Lido Beach and St Armand’s Circle were near but not within walking distance. I would have liked to get up in the morning and walk somewhere. I also didn’t like paying $50/day parking but there was no choice. Downtown is congested with traffic.
