"I liked the both historical and technophile vibe of the hotel: codes instead of room keys, convenient web app, minimal staff. One minor downside: no pool or gym. There are homeless people around the neighboring church, they are peaceful though."

"Definitely needs updating . Old smell and old carpets. It was comfortable sleeping . No cleaning products for showering etc. were provided in the room. The tv did keep going in and out as others have stated as well. "

"Well maintained property(3rd flr was currently being remodeled during our stay, but it was not disruptive) This was our 2x at this property and we definitely use again when in town. Friendly staff and a nice walkable area with shops and restaurants."

"The Tryp is a great hotel! I was there over a weekend but I never saw the restaurant/bar open so not sure what that was about. I would check with the desk to see if they'll be open if you are looking to eat there. Pretty room and great accommodations. No fridge though!!! ( I would personally like a fridge more than a microwave, which they do have)."
