"From the moment we arrived, our stay was perfect. Everything has been thought through; very kind room upgrade, birthday gift and card on arrival, radio playing Classic FM on entry into the room. It was all exceptional! Room size was very good and the small table and chairs by the window made for a lovely morning coffee overlooking the grounds. Every member of staff we encountered were friendly and helpful and this made for a wonderful atmosphere across the whole hotel. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay and we definitely will be back!"

"perfect location for a weekend away in Bath . very close to many of the attractions and shopping . the rooms a very clean and the beds comfy . The hotel staff are friendly and the buffet breakfast was a great start before our day shopping at the xmas market . "

"Staying with my partner. We didn’t have a double bed. Two beds pushed together. Old beds, creaky. The room was clean and the view was great. Breakfast was a bit of a let down. Expected a better quality coffee machine for this establishment. "
