"Bed made and towels replaced daily was very nice. It was quiet, the air conditioner worked well and the blackout curtains ensured we didn’t wake up at 6 when it got bright outside. We had vouchers for a hot breakfast which was very good. We used the laundry facilities and that worked well too. The floor in our room must be on a slight slant as the drawers in the chest kept opening. I had to ask for a hair dryer. "

"Excellent option for late arrivals in Vancouver! I traveled from Ontario to attend a sporting event and arrived in Vancouver around 10:30 PM. I had a terrible experience in the past with another place that didn’t allow check-ins after 11 PM — I lost my money and had to find a hotel at the last minute. Thankfully, this time was completely different! The host was very understanding, and the late check-in went smoothly. This kind of flexibility is incredibly important for those coming from far away and arriving late at night. The place was very well-organized, clean, and cozy. The beds were neatly made with clean sheets and comfortable pillows. The environment was quiet and welcoming — perfect for resting after a long day of travel or work. I highly recommend this place, especially for anyone who needs flexible check-in hours. I’ll definitely stay here again next time!"
