"High quality finishings in the room and hotel. You can tell a lot of thought went into the decor and amenities. Our room was fairly quiet, however if you are a light sleeper and there will be parties or events going on at the hotel, consider requesting a room on one of the mid or high level floors. There was a xmas party going on Friday night and we could hear the music in our room on the 2nd floor. I would stay here again, though. Very beautiful and convenient location with lots of history!"

"Our vehicle was broken into in valet parking. Though the deductible will be covered by the Hotel the contents of our vehicle stolen are not. The idea of Valet parking is to be safe and secure, it was not. Also for the room there is no full length mirror for dressing, that is an issue for most getting ready for most outings, especially in a business or pleasure stay"

"The staff are always so friendly and helpful. They really do make you feel safe and at home. My only complaint would be the pillows weren’t the greatest, ill bring my own next time, but the cleaning staff were great and friendly as well. "
