"Great gem if you are visiting Vancouver for a short period of time. I was attending the CFL Grey Cup so this place served it's purpose. Staff was polite and friendly and manager put me in the 1 bedroom suite with a fantastic view from the 9th floor so I appreciated that. Only drawback is the property is a bit old and it's showing it's age. With some upgrades to furniture and painting in the hallways, etc. This could increase the star rating, but I wouldn't mind staying here. "
