"Overall, a very nice room and property. We had a couple problems with electronic key access (to our room and to the front door). While inconvenient, staff always addressed the problems quickly. Make sure you read the check-in instructions and look over maps so you know where to check, etc. Overall, very nice...we will be back and stay in the Highland House."

"Check-in went smoothly. The property manager answered us promptly and addressed all concerns. The cabin is small but beautiful. The appliances worked very well.
