It's old but it's beautiful you can see it needs a few things but also they are working on updates the rooms are spacious and unique the staff is wonderful It's clean the garden area in the hotel is so cute and charming the outdoors same great place to take some pictures it's an easy walk to a great bar/restaurant I felt completely safe. My only negative really was the cafe food."

"Don't let the outside and check-in area scare you. It looks like they have been actively renovating the hotel for a few months. It looks run down, but it was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. It is close to shopping and several dining choices, and a shot 30 min drive to Niagara Falls. We enjoyed our stay in a room with 3 queen beds, and the price was perfect. "

Even though they were still doing construction, noise levels were still very low so the construction did not impact my stay.
