The cottages give you the best of both worlds. Whether you’re looking for a coastal retreat or a holiday full of action packed adventure, the properties tick all the boxes. They enjoy spectacular views over the adjoining land, and you can wake to see cows grazing in the fields, and there’s no traffic or noise to disturb you other than the birds in the trees and the occasional ‘moo’. You can easily walk into the village for the local shops or perhaps a quick pint!

You’re also just 2½ miles from the popular town of Egremont which is a small market town offering a great selection of local shops and dining experiences, overlooked by the ruins of a Norman castle dating back to the 1100s. If you love the seaside, look no further than St Bees, 3 miles away. This coastal Cumbrian town with a long stretch of sandy beach is perfect for your bucket and spade.
