"I remember the bed being super plush and comfortable. Easy location and no issues. Did not stay the night as we needed to get to the airport but the room was nice and would stay there again."
"The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. They prepared us a packed breakfast when we had an early start around 5 am. The hotel is located in a busy but convenient area with many food choices. The pickup from the airport went without a hassle. We had a good stay."
"The staff are amazing and helped us a lot! My parents are also in the same hotel, they were a great help when my dad fell and we got him admitted to the hospital… they’re so helpful and making sure everything is available for my dad to recover faster!
Breakfast food is so delicious! If i didn’t have to go back for work or my daughter’s school, i would have extended our stay longer!
We will definitely be coming back! "

Hilton Cairo Grand Nile
10/10 Excellent
"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and highly recommend it for its excellent service and central location. The staff is incredibly helpful and always available when you need assistance. However, I suggest adding more front desk staff to streamline the check-in process, as it took over an hour, which was inconvenient after a tiring day of travel.
The breakfast buffet is fantastic, priced at around $20 per adult, and offers a great variety. A special shout-out to Samah Zaki in the breakfast area—she greeted us with a warm, charming smile, helped us find seating, and ensured we were well taken care of. Her kindness, humor, and caring nature truly brightened our mornings, and my wife adored her. Samah deserves a promotion for her outstanding service!
The hotel’s location is perfect, with easy access to taxis and Uber, making it ideal for exploring the area. The rooms are comfortable, though minor maintenance issues, like a faulty water kettle and a burnt-out bathroom light, needed attention. The staff promptly resolved both issues, which we appreciated. Overall, this is a great place to stay, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
"Les employés sont tous très sympathique et serviable
Le confort et la localisation sont parfaite
L’hôtel était en restauration
Nous aurions aimé que la piscine ferme plus tard
Prendre un verre au bar de la piscine est très dispendieux "

"The staff at this hotel are amazing and really made the holiday for us. They were so friendly and also very helpful in many ways, nothing was a problem for them. The tours they organised for us were great and amazingly priced. They even organised a special itinerary just for us covering a number of things we wanted to see. Mohamad our guide for the Giza Pyramids and GEM was so knowledgeable and took some amazing pictures, friends asked if we had a professional photographer with us!
The hotel is in downtown Cairo away from the big international tourist hotels, so you can get the real Egyptian experience! The hotel is a little tricky to find the first time and we would recommend getting the hotel to book you a car to make your arrival easy and stress free. We highly recommend this hotel and their amazing staff! Thanks Alex and the Team A++++"
"I have been to great hotels all around the world but this one stands out. First, it is beautifully decorated and designed. Second, the service is better than any I have seen in 10 countries. The bed and pillows are the most comfortable gift at the end of a tiring day of sight seeing. The bathroom is elegant and beautiful. Even the toilet has a water jet. The cleaning staff cleans twice a day and are so considerate.
There 9 restaurants and lounges in the hotel and all are wonderful. We chose to eat exclusively at the hotel.
Security is very tight and one feels very safe there.
The sashimi was incredibly fresh and the fusion dishes of Bullona restaurant was delicious. The prices are expensive but in comparison to New York and Miami or Europe, it is much cheaper.
All in all, it was one of the finest stays I have had, and I have been to 5 star hotels in Dubai, Paris, Rome, New York, Venice. This is truly a memorable hotel."
"This is one of the best hotels to stay in that is fairly near the Pyramid complex. I didn't bother with the cheap hotels, and it was all worth it! The rooms were spacious and clean. The food was good. The pool was a refreshing break in-between touring the hot, bustling city. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I would come back here again!"
"Everything was excellent except one staff member who spoke to me with arrogance throughout my stay. He is at the front desk and his name is Ramses or something similar. When I first checked in he spoke to me with an arrogant tone and I was met with the same tone upon checkout. I didn't appreciate his attitude. Othe than that the hotel is what you would expect for that type of hotel. Other staff are friendly and helpful. "
