"You definitely get more than what you pay for considering breakfast is made to order and you have your own parking garage. The bed sheets are not great but they do the job. Mini split is awesome and so is the water pressure. I love that the rooms have smart tvs. You don't see that often even at nicer hotels. Go in with an open mind and you will appreciate the vibe."

"The proprty is old and unkept, nothing in the hotel works. I had two elderly ladies with me and we struggled going up and down to our room as the elevator did not work and would not stop on our floor. I had to go to the lobby to take the elevator to our floor everyday. The toilet was always clogged, the windows would not open and the AC did not work. Our room was a mess all around."

"this is an older property but has been kept clean and well. service was excellent but their restaurant was pricey. We didn't have an impression of pushy sales people for the timeshare thing. In fact they never even bothered to ask us but noticed the first day that it was a time share. We love the cave pool and felt like we didn't have to go outside of the hotel. I was impressed the female trainer for the hawk would come out to the pool area for the families to experience! Should be called El Cid...
