Also there was an incredibly loud party behind the hotel two nights in a row so our kids had to move to our room (we're talking nightclub-level loudness...) "They don’t have hot water, only slightly warm. No drain stopper in the bath tub. Breakfast was good. Dinner so-so."

"Not sure why this place has a 4 star rating, a 3-star rating is being nice. While it’s close to the beach and the house keeping staff were amazing, that’s about all the nice things I can say. The check in staff was rude and basically threw us our key and didn’t explain anything. We got yelled at for parking near our room after being told to park there to unload our bags ourselves. While there is a private beach for the hotel, they don’t tell you beforehand hand that you have to pay to use it....

"Beautiful location & friendly staff. Lots of ants that crawled up our legs during breakfast & laying by the pool. Also had them in our rooms. My daughter was bitten badly but not sure if it was the ants or if it was mosquitoes which isn’t really the hotel’s fault or issue. "
