"Wonderful one night stay at the Pullman with a complimentary upgrade which was most appreciated. It was my first time at a Pullman in Europe after having stayed in Congo Kinshasa a while back. A tiny problem with the hot water tap was swiftly and professionally resolved. Breakfast was divine. A big thank you to the reception staff who helped me zip and unzip my dress and kept an eye on our car which had broken down the night before when my friends had a puncture bringing me home.
