"We had a great time staying at Patrick's property. Everything was exactly as pictured and described. Bed was comfortable, views were awesome, parking was secure. There was a small park just half a block away good for dogwalking and showing off the views that give the Fineview neighborhood its name. Most of all, we enjoyed the kitchen--fantastically equipped, all Bosch appliances, new cookware--and the bathroom, which provided spa-like luxury. "A good place to stay, close to things to do. Parking was free however it was on the street, wished that had been mentioned in description. Stovetop & microwave needed some attention. Was just a block off a busy, late night favorite street, not a problem, we just stayed in! Pittsburgh is a clean city with friendly people. Enjoyed our stay!"

"Overall a great experience. Was clean and comfortable and had a several nice things done by the owner including ice, a bottle of wine and coffee. We used everything except the ice. Fantastic views of downtown and the rivers. Would stay again but probably not the best place for those who are older or adverse to stairs. Nice little coffee shop down the nearby stairs. Close to stadiums and North side scene. "

"Overall well. I wish the unit was a little cleaner. The property is beautiful so a little more TLC would have been good. The downstairs area needed cleaned. The bathroom floor wasn’t clean. The toilet wasn’t clean but I cleaned everything to my liking upon checking in and it made our stay better. We felt safe and enjoyed to fireplace lights."

"You could definitely walk to the Strip District which holds great restaurants, boutiques and tourist items. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The kitchen could use a little more cleaning. The biggest issue is the traffic noise if you are sleeping on the upper level. It seems to be a thoroughfare for semis/dumpster trucks one block over which is very loud and continuous. Bring ear plugs."

Got us out of the bustling downtown and into a comfortable, yet close property. Our host was prompt with message replies and even left us fixings for bacon and eggs for our breakfast!
