"The hotel was perfect beautiful. Wish there was some dish soap at the sink, but I get it. Major problem was the outside grounds we couldn’t get through with the snow. We figured if we left a little later, the walkway would be clear, but we left at an little after 10 and they were still covered in snow. Maybe 10 inches? "Very kid friendly with a playroom, games and a pool with a slide and kiddie pool area. Easy walk to the village. Unfortunately there's a massive construction project that is noisy. I'm sure when it's complete it will be beautiful but for the time being it's an eye sore. Since there's no AC in the building (which could've been better advertised) the windows needed to be open so you couldn't escape the construction noise. Additionally the dead bolt didn't work in our room. "

"The condo was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I have only 2 comments. First, I slipped and fell in shower tub which used to have non slip stickers for safety. The bedroom casement style windows only open about 3 inches from the middle out so it was very warm. There was a childproof latch which could have been a little longer to let in more airflow since there was no central AC. Everything else was very nice. "

"Great place in the perfect River Run location. Highly recommend if you are looking for a convenient, fun, and private place to stay in the heart of Keystone. Room to spread out, a good kitchen set up, and close to everything. We have stayed here twice in July and can get pretty warm in the summer months. There is no AC and it would be great if there was a fan in the room. We ran to Lowes in Silverthorn to pick one up and were good to go once we got the air moving. "
