This stylish home is a brand new construction with many great features like gorgeous views, walking paths to the waterfront, spacious chef's kitchen, and luxurious master en-suite to name just a few. You’ll see lots of wildlife such as eagles, osprey, great heron, turkey, rabbits and occasionally deer.

Everything You Need
Enjoyed our stay at this 2 bed 2 bath house on the water. Enjoyed waking up every morning to the beautiful view, even saw deer run across the property one morning! The kitchen and both bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed!

Amazing Stay
Loved our stay at the River House!! The house was beautiful and so comfortable. The view was awesome. We went hiking in Acadia every day and would come back and relax in the afternoon. It was lovely to have such a quiet and peaceful place to return at the end of a long hike. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house and location - one of the best rental houses
We enjoyed our stay immensely. We took our 15 year old grand daughter on this Maine vacation. This location was a great place to explore Acadia national Park It had everything we wanted to prepare healthy meals! My wife has health issues that require a special diet. It even had we needed to make healthy meals everyday for her! It even had an air fryer that my grand daughter taught me how to use. The house was spotless and appeared to be brand new. It was fun to watch the tide come in from the backyard on the river behind the house. We have stand at many rental house over the past ten years and this is one of the best!!!!

Bar Harbor/ Acadia getaway
The house was spacious, beautiful & clean. Had everything in it for the kitchen. This house was the best stocked VRBO we have ever rented. It was about 20-25 minutes from Acadia & Bar Harbor. That was great for us as it was quiet & a serene setting. Loved our stay.

Beautiful home in the best part of Maine!
This was our first trip to Maine, and based on this beautiful home … we will be coming back! The home was recently built. The inside and outside are both fabulous. It is in a private area with the Jordan River behind the home. You can sit outside with amazing views of the huge river, and do so without anyone near by! It takes only 30 minutes to drive into Bar Harbor. We spent everyday in Bar Harbor, and every evening sitting outside enjoying this great home!

Amazing experience!
We loved our stay at this property! It was newly built or renovated so everything is new and very clean. The property manager was always extremely responsive and helpful with any communication leading up to and throughout our stay. All of the decor and their interior design choices made it feel like a home away from home! The house is located on the bank of the Jordan river which is beautiful to see. We enjoyed coffee besides the river each day. The owner / manager also set up a grill, fire pit, and picnic table outside where we enjoyed a fire under the starry night sky. The location is about a 30 min drive from Bar Harbor which was great for us as we would wake up early and drive to Bar Harbor / Acadia and spend most of our day there! After long days of hiking, we always greatly looked forward coming back to our little oasis along the Jordan River. I know we are both definitely interested in rebooking here next year!
