"My coworker and I chose this place since it was only two blocks from Hunter College where we were working this week, and it was absolutely perfect for our experience. We had more than enough room, we were very comfortable, and the owner and our communication with them was very friendly and accommodating. The property does not have an elevator, and the owner does mention this so we were aware, but that was the only difficulty. 10/10 experience regardless, would stay here again!"

"This apartment was incredibly quiet and well-located. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the express line, making it super easy to get around. Having a supermarket right next door was extremely convenient. The kitchen appeared to be fully stocked, even though I didn’t cook during my stay. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay!"

"Loved the location, super clean, easy check in and out. great space/size, unbelievable views! Host response was great. One note: one bedroom the heat was "iffy" and had to use a space heater. I think that should be mentioned in the listing, especially in January and especially if traveling with young kids. Neighborhood was great - loved Black Seed Bagel right around the corner. And Oscar Wilde is so close, a holiday must see!"

"This is a shared apartment that means you share the apartment with others. I was confused thinking I will have a room in the apartment while kitchen and living area will be for us. But, there are 3 rooms and more people might check in while you are there. We were there and young (undergrad) people with their friends checked in thinking they can party all night. They also thought the entire apartment was for them. But communication with owner was smooth and things were taken care of. "

"My roommate and I stayed in this unit as temp living for 3 months. The unit is extremely clean and is nicely updated. The owner lives nearby and is very responsive. He was aways was quick to solve any issues that came up. Only downside is the location is about a 15 min walk to the nearest subway station but there are plenty groceries, bars, parks, etc in walking distance."

"Highly recommend booking this VRBO for your next New York City trip! The home is beautiful, spacious and had so many little extras! Drinks in the fridge, hygiene products etc. It was a short uber ride to the city. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. The host was very responsive to messages. Checked in half-way through the stay to see how things were going. Couldnt have asked for a better experience!"

Amazing location in a good neighborhood, walking distance to a bus stop that drops you off at NY bus terminal. It’s no more than 30 minutes door to door.
