"Very convenient to the highway. Clean, good water pressure and temperature in the shower. I was there 5 nights, I assumed someone would straigten up the room at least once staying that long-fresh towels, etc."

"You can't put a price on convenience. Easy 5 minute walk to moonlight beach. Appreciated that you can borrow beach supplies like chairs and Boogie boards. Staff extremely friendly and informative. I left a message prior to trip and they returned my call on same day. The A/C is outdated but having a fridge, microwave, sink, and dishwasher was fantastic. We were hesitant about finding parking for 3 nights since they don't charge. However every day we found parking right in front of our room. Definitely would stay in their family room that had 3 beds and 2 separate rooms ! "

"I really liked the patio view and comfort of a king size bed and clean sheets. Dislikes: stinky sewage water from showers, and alot of stains on chairs and couches. Blood stains. Staff: friendly and housekeeper do a great job."

"This was a pleasant experience. I want to thank the gentleman at the front desk that updated my room as a courtesy. Birthday trip. Beaches are close by, Moonlight beach is 10 minute drive. Many walkable restaurants in area, quiet cozy room. 2nd floor. I would go back! Modern room with mini fridge and sink, microwave. I would stay here again but only in renovated room. "We loved our stay! Tom was super responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. His place was just as it looked in the photos and what I was expecting.I was traveling with my husband and almost 2 year old daughter. The bedroom had plenty of room for the crib. We also loved that the bathroom door was outside of the bedroom so that, once our daughter was down for the night, we were able to shut the bedroom door and freely use the restroom and other areas of the cottage. The playground being steps away from the cottage was also a huge bonus for us! The beach is so close that it doesn’t make sense to try to drive and find a parking space - you’ll be able to walk to the water quicker. "
