"Great budget hotel to stay directly in the cbd "

"It's my second time staying here, and the room I got this time was nicer as the floors had been remodelled (no more carpet). Location is great. Some dust in the bathroom door, but rest of the bathroom was clean. Beds have wheels so they move quite easily on the new floors, but it's not a big deal for me. Overall, great value for money. Walkable to MCEC, southern cross station and city centre. "

"Staff were very friendly and the facilities and location great for what we needed. The staff need to be educated on whats in the local area and how to use public transport as every member i asked told me something different about the trams and none of them was correct! "
