"Great property with a nice large clean Onsen, less than a 5 minute walk to Ueno station and lots of restaurants and convenient stores around the hotel. Convenient luggage storage. One thing to NOTE there are two buildings the main one is where you check-in (lobby is on second floor) the other part of the hotel is right across the street. I booked the bunk bed style and was perfect for two adults. Bathroom has a raised step which wasn’t a problem but could be for some who struggle with steps....
