"Worst "all inclusive" hotel I've been to. Service was poor and I had to cancel my 2 nights after staying the first night and requested a refund. The manager with whom I interfaced had very poor customer service skills and seemed more interested to havd us cancel our stay rather than fix the issues. "The adult side did not have a tub in the room at the Hideaway Royalton in Jamaica and Expedia made it seem as if they had the tub / jacuzzi in the room. The view wasn't an ocean view. "The property layout is great. Its not a huge resort so easy to get around. No shuttle required onsite. The staff is kind of friendly but that is expected of Jamaica being on “island time” all year round lol. The steak house is to be avoided. We waited for 1.5 hours for food to arrive and just ended up leaving to go to the buffet. The night entertainment was amazing with lots of dancer performers and acrobats for Sat and Sun night. "
