"I was a bit uneasy about the "no-front desk" feature because we had 2 rooms and the online check-in was somewhat glitchy. Upon arrival, we were greeted and all was straightened out with ease. This property is a no-thrills, barebones, geared for the younger crowd. The rooms are very plain, no desk, no chairs. Just beds and bathroom. "This property is the iconic Swiss hotel with friendly staff and spectacular views. Our room was on the lowest floor but still had a Mountain View. However, it shared a public terrace instead of a private terrace, which was the case of the upper floors. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay very much. "

"Nice location (only about 30 min drive to Interlaken) with spectacular views from our room. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We drove and needed parking which wasn't a problem here. My only complaint was that the bed wasn't the most comfortable and wish there were more options. Besides that, this was an excellent stay that I would highly recommend to anyone! "
