THEY DONT HONOR BOOKING THROUGH EXPEDIA. We found this out the hard way. We got a confirmation from Expedia, but when we got there the hotel said they don’t take reservations from Expedia anymore. Maybe they could tell Expedia that!!!!!!

Très mauvaise expérience
Je vous ai déjà écrit en exprimant mon mécontentement. A mon arrivée à Fès le taxi que j'avais réservé via Oudayas m'a conduit dans un autre lieux "palais houyam". Les numeros de téléphone des deux etablissements ne répondaient jamais et le jour de mon départ à 7h du matin, malgré le fait que j'avais prévenu les deux responsables la porte de sortie était fermee à clé et il n"y avait personne pour m'ouvrir . En plus aucune réponse par téléphone. Le taxi qui m'attendait poir l'aéroport était parti. Ai bout d'une demie heure j'ai trouvé quelqu'un qui m'a ouvert la porte et j'ai été obligée de courir dans medina avec ma valise pour trouver un taxi. J'ai failli perdre mon vol. Expérience très mauvaise et pour ce qui vous concerne je ne crois pas d'utiliser â nouveaux votre site.

Magnifique ryiad
Le ryiad est juste magnifique, on se croirait dans un autre temps. Le personnel très gentil et serviable, les chambres propres et confortables. La cuisine est également excellente!

Zauberhaftes Riad, tolles Team, sehr gute Küche
Das Riad les Oudayas liegt perfekt. Innerhalb der Medina, nur wenige Minuten vom blauen Tor und den quirligen Einkaufsstraßen entfernt. Die Zimmer sind groß und sehr schön eingerichtet wie das gesamte Riad. Eine Dachterrasse mit Traumblick über die Medina rundet das Riad ab. Ganz besonders vorheben möchten wir das Team. Jussuf, der das Riad leitet, und sein Team, waren immer für uns da und haben uns alle Fragen beantwortet, super Tipps gegeben und uns auch über Preise aufgeklärt. Man merkt, dass es auch innerhalb des Teams stimmt. Vielen Dank dafür! Wer im Riad isst, sollte unbedingt die Tagines und die marrokanische Salatauswahl versuchen. Sehr lecker. Ich hatte eine Massage bei Dunya, die 250 DH kostete für 45 Minuten und meiner Meinung nach sehr empfehlenswert ist. Taxi vom und hin zum Flughafen wird gerne vom Riad organisiert. Wir hatten einen so schönen Urlaub in Fès und kommen bestimmt wieder.
