The kitchen and dining areas were a good setup to cook for our whole group of 14 people, with plenty of refrigerator space for groceries. Really liked the amenities and amount of space in the house. Only real complaint is that it could use an air conditioner in the two-bed bedroom and a slightly better one in the main room, as well as having some slightly more comfortable chairs at the dining table."

"This is a great property and we had a wonderful week in Orford. The house is very well appointed with all that you need. It was very clean and spacious. While we only had the two of us, it is definitely large enough for a family stay. The house has a nice range of books, games, a large TV and stereo if you have a rainy day. "We really enjoyed our week as did our miniature schnauzer. The home presented exactly as described - spotless and with ample crockery, cutlery, pantry items and dog accessories. The view was amazing with dolphins present. The beach was minutes walk away and dog friendly. The property being not fully fenced was a minor issue. Property manager Deb was a great communicator. We will definitely be back"

"The house was easily located, and although on a main road, the noise of the traffic was minimal.We found the staircase a little steep and could benefit from a small grab rail at the top.The bedroom was roomy and comfortable, the kitchen also was well appointed and having some kitchen items in the cupboards was appreciated.A very enjoyable stay, thank you."
