"I rented this property out for 39 days. Basically there isn’t a whole lot of you should expect here. It’s a very small place that is overpriced. Location is nice to Waikiki but next to a park that has a lot of homeless individuals on drugs. Customer service would receive 0 stars if available."

"We slept like babies at night after spending days at north shore beaches. The beds were clean and comfy an with AC if we needed it but we rarely did as the weather is always perfect. Kitchen and bathrooms has towels, toilet paper and paper towels plenty for the week we were there. Their dog Huckleberry and Midnight the cat are great little beings and very polite animals. "The best part of this place was its lanai and ocean front location. Appreciated all the beach equipment. We also saw sea turtles on the beach daily at dusk. From 1-19 max one day. The cottage is a set of 3 with 4 units each and part of a high rise condo complex in need of and in process of restoration. "Pretty much as described and reviewed by others. Limited restaurant options close by that aren’t fast food, but this isn’t a tourist scene either. We managed, doing online search in advance helped. The unit is set up with most everything one could think of. My spouse couldn’t get the toaster oven to work but the toaster covered that need, other appliances were fine. "The cottage itself is the second story of the two-story unit. The inside is very attractively decorated Hawaiian beach motif. It hadeverything you could need in a beach apartment with chairs, towels, umbrellas, body boards, etc. masks fins. snorkel. The apartment itself is a bit of a sauna, it’s soaks in that sun and with the humidity of the beach it is very warm and sticky. The owner has yet to fix two windows that would allow more Breeze into the apartment, I really hope she fixes them now...

"Great place, wish we knew when we booked that most attractions we planned to visit were on the other side of the island. House was clean, lots of lil touches that were appreciated. Can watch the sunset from one of the bedrooms!!wish they would include cleaning supplies to wipe counters down, and hand towels in restroom. I also would suggest additional kitchen towels.
