Custom home sleeps 10, 5 bedrooms 3 full baths , BBQ .pitch tent outdoors for kids near lakes and rivers ,5 minutes from wedding venues,,great hiking and cycling,fishing , motorcycle trails .parks and much more so many outdoor activities ., pool table 36 ft high entry ceiling custom built. Jacuzzi in master suit, .6shower heads in master shower, internet . walking distance to wortons supermarket .(hot tub on deck will not be available. )!!!!!!Downstairs there’s a master bathroom with king bed , 2 bedroom has queen bed , den has queen bed and 2 twin beds , upstairs there’s 2 bedrooms with queen beds propane fireplace not working but wood burning stove is available please bring your own wood , direction from highway 80 just take Foresthill exit and go south you will cross a big bridge , (pictures) then go up hill about 17 miles make a left turn immediately after passing Wortons supermarket , Dishwasher has been replaced with new one , upon checkout please load dishwasher and turn on , strip used beds and place in laundry room , put all garbage in trash bin outside pick up for trash is Monday morning early so if your checking out Monday afternoon please put garbage can in front of street

We had a great time at this property! Plenty of room and very close to market and rafting meet up spot. We had a blast! Unfortunately we were not able to play pool due to a pool ball missing.

Christmas with the cousins
Very quiet neighborhood and spacious accommodations. The kitchen is super large and there was plenty of room for eating and entertaining. The beds were very comfortable and the primary bathroom shower made us feel like we were in a resort. We will definitely be back!

We had a very relaxing stay at this property. The house is the perfect size for a large group, (we had 4 couples), and the location is perfect for a weekend in the sierra foothills. Check-in was a breeze. My only recommendation would be to have your cleaners check some of the pots/pans/dishes in cabinets- we found many of them that were still dirty but put away for use. Thank you so much!

Huge house in a great location.
The place was amazing! Huge kitchen, awesome game room, giant master bathroom. It was super close to the wedding venue we were going to but also near great hiking trials and close to river access. We had a party of seven and had tons of room for everyone.

Gorgeous home with rural feel close to town
We stayed in Gilberts home for my wedding weekend and it was perfect. The photographer ended up choosing to take quite a few photos there because of all of the beautiful details. The beds were comfy and the master shower was really cool. We're now planning yearly family retreats there! Thanks Gilbert!

What a wonderful home. Although we only had 5 people staying it can easily accommodate the 10 people it advertises. Perfect location for easy access to the wedding venue we went to and all the restaurants and bars there in Foresthill. Thanks for letting us stay!

Wonderful house for a large group
We stayed here for a few days prior to my daughter’s wedding. The location was perfect and the home was very comfortable. The home had everything we needed except for bathroom shower soap. (You may want to bring your own. ). The kitchen was particularly well stocked with everything we needed. Beautiful and comfortable home.

Fantastic House
Our family had a wonderful experience here. The house is beautiful and large enough for 3 families, which included active toddlers! Plenty of space to relax and find some solace on the grounds as well. John was always available to answer any questions . We have family in Foresthill so we will hopefully be back again!

Beautiful cozy home
The house was very spacious, renter was on top of responding, and very generous for letting us keep a camper there too. The house was pretty clean however noticed rat poop on the back porch but nothing inside.

Nice space for larger families
The house was comfortable for our short stay for a wedding weekend. Rooms are comfortable, as was the living room for relaxing. The host attempted to fix a reservation double booking. Lots of artwork and personal pictures hung which some guests may enjoy, while others may consider it a turn-off if you are looking for a more "professional" interior. Host was attentive to texts/emails.

Forest house wedding
This place was perfect for a “home base” for my son’s wedding at forest house lodge. It was 100 degrees and the house was great to hang out in to keep cool after wedding rehearsal. We had family, cousins, uncle and pet staying with us. Everything was self explanatory and very easy to use. It was big enough to gather while we try to kill time before wedding.

Mountain Gem
Was in Foresthill for a wedding. The options are pretty scarce, and a bit woodsy for my comfort level. This place was comparably beautiful though. Marble, recessed lighting, comfy beds. Loved the art. Appreciate that they left a baby gate out so I could block my 1 1/2 year old from going up the stairs, and that Disney+ was available to watch. The front stairs were a little challenging for my 90 year old grandma, but that wasn’t on the home owners. Plenty of parking. I would stay here again if I was ever in Foresthill.

Disappointed, property was not as advertised , their should not be a hot tub picture at all
Hot tub was not operable at all, area around fire pit had 4 deep holes with large sticks protruding , safety concern , kitchen cooking pans in poor condition And dirty. BBQ in substandard . condition , flattop very dirty . 2 charcoal Units not serviced, full of burned coals, no coals available to even utilize . I was disappointed with this home, especially for the price. We entered the property via an unlocked door with the key left inside. Security risk.
