"The unit was nice though the AC was not operating properly. The Hosts were very understanding and immediately offer/processed refund and assisted in instructing us on method of cancelation to get full refund from VRBO. VRBO was also extremely prompt in processing a our full refund. This was a first for us using VRBO and was very skeptical but after this experience I will not have any reservation about using VRBO again as well as booking through this host. The AC issues were out of the hosts control completely and were very pleasant and accommodating!"

"We had booked this property back in Oct 2023 for our March 2024 holiday in Florida , paying all the money up front in October 2023 through Hotels.com .We received a confirmation number from Hotels.com and no further correspondence . We expected something further even up to the day we left , flying from Canada but assumed(Incorrectly) that the owner would meet us at the property or would send us something. Upon arrival in Orlando and the drive to Sanford we found out that the unit had been rented to others. Those staying there helped us contact the owner Eliana and she stated she had no knowledge of the booking and had no options for us. So unable to find anything in Sanford and with the prospect of sleeping in a rented Chevy Malibu we headed to Apopka and finally found a place for the night at 11:00 PM . We ended up staying in Apopka for the duration of our stay in Florida at additional cost to what we had prepaid Mellow Yellow. We contacted Hotels.com and received a refund of our paid amount from last October but we are out the increase in cost that we had to absorb based on the "NOW" booking in Apopka and received no booking credits towards our account. There was never an explanation given to who dropped the ball from either Mellow Yellow Or Hotels.Com. At this point disappointed with both parties, no accountability from Hotels.com and no apology or offer of any kind in compensation ."

"Another wonderful stay at this property. This time we stayed in the Boho Nights apartment. Loved the vibes on the room. Way bigger than I expected and honestly if I could live there full time I would. Location is perfect for enjoying downtown Sanford. The backyard is enjoyable and I'm intrigued by the little rock lights. I cannot recommend this place enough. I believe in staying at another one of their properties in 2 months. You cant go wrong."

"Great spot close to downtown Sanford. By close I mean right around the corner. A funky and fun room. It was cold and there is no central AC or Heat, but there was a little space heater that quickly warmed the room, in fact I had to turn it off because it was so warm. I read about the bathroom sink and yes, it is weird. You will get wet so SLOWLY turn the water on. Yes the spiral staircase feels sketchy, but that was part of the fun of the space and we laughed so much about it. The only "issue" we had were the colored lights that randomly turned on and off that illuminated the ceiling. I wish we. Iuld have controlled them because it would have set a nice relaxing vibe for the weekend. Would I book it again. Yes, and quickly. 4/5 Would reccomend"
