"Best feature of the property is a very nice view from the balcony. However, 3 levels including a loft (surprise), also 1 and1/2 baths, (not 2). Patio furniture and many other items should be updated. Window in loft will not close, (nights are getting cold). A really good deep cleaning is overdue and would be a nice touch for the arriving guests. We were also asked to take out the trash and begin the laundry before departure. What was the cleaning fee for??"

"Our stay was great! We love Sonesta in Flagstaff and have stayed there often. The only complaint we have was that the refrigerator was very loud. We initially thought it was noise being made by someone outside, but then realized the popping and banging noise was from the fridge!"

"This was a wonderful trip for my family of 5. I had three teenagers and a toddler with me and they were so excited about the house. We played pool every night and they all took turns on the Pac-Man game. The backyard was stunning! We would love to return in the future.. if we don’t go ahead and move up there by the end of the year. Flagstaff felt like home! Thanks for sharing your home with us so we could make wonderful memories. "

"Not too bad of a room. The bed wasn’t the most comfy, the room does stay warm though! One major con is if you are in the first floor you could hear the footsteps from the top floor & extra people & bed NOISES at 4 am lol. Parking isn’t the most convenient as well, it’s a bit tight. if you aren’t there for the hotel experience it’s a better choice than others. "
