"I had car trouble during a terrible snowstorm and unexpectedly had to layover in Flagstaff Arizona. It was transporting two puppies for Rescue and needed a pet friendly hotel. I was able to book last minute, received a first floor pet friendly room. The room was clean and well appointed. The microwave and refrigerator were welcomed bonus. Staff was friendly. And the breakfast options the next morning were surprisingly good."

"This place is getting updated, however, the couch/trundle bed in our room was stained and dirty feeling. The carpet on the stairs was all tattered. The rooms are tight and not a lot of room for a family of 4 or 5. They allow people to bring pets to this hotel but people bring their dogs and such to breakfast and that grossed us out. In our opinion there should be NO pets allowed near food. "

"Great stay for our journey into Sedona. Clean, quiet amenities with good location for dining in town. Bring shampoo as they only offer soap in the bathroom. HVAC unit was kinda noisy so prepare for that when its bedtime. Other than that, a decent time. "

"The property is under VOCO name, a little hard to see from the street cause it is under remodelation, no breakfast as advertised. Besides that everything is fine, rooms very clean and modern decor with everything you need for a nice stay."

"Best feature of the property is a very nice view from the balcony. However, 3 levels including a loft (surprise), also 1 and1/2 baths, (not 2). Patio furniture and many other items should be updated. Window in loft will not close, (nights are getting cold). A really good deep cleaning is overdue and would be a nice touch for the arriving guests. We were also asked to take out the trash and begin the laundry before departure. What was the cleaning fee for??"

"Was a great place to stay for the night. Very clean, easy to find, nice location. You do pay for a nightly parking fee. Continental breakfast was good as well. Would recommend staying again. "
