"Liked the view from the room window accross the loch, and has a great location only a few minutes drive from fort william. The staff were friendly especially the cleaner who came running out after me to say id left my toothbrush behind. Not too impressed by the room itself though, it was a bit tired looking with stains on the carpet and rusty brown bits in the shower screen. Also the walls are thin enough to clearly hear neighbouring guests. To be fair it wasnt an expensive hotel so its not bad...

"We had a memorable stay in Inverlochy Castle Hotel an experience which more than matched our expectations. Minor niggles were quickly resolved and in no way detracted from our enjoyment. Perfect location, perfect base to explore, great accommodation, super friendly staff (the girl in reception is delightful) and landscape that is hard if not impossible to beat. "The check in is SO confusing. We checked in at the castle up the road. They stated we were in the cottage so we went to the cottage which did not have our room number. We went back to the castle and they finally told us to go to the pub and the room was above it. Great room, 2 bathrooms!"

"Very nice little hostel, only 4 rooms for 3 bathrooms so it feels private. The room was great, pretty clean with a private sink, the beds were confortable and a lot of space on top of our head despite being bunk beds. Nice location with view on Ben Nevis and the breakfast was just enough and cheap for what it's worth. Enough space as well if you wish to make your own food.I would recommend if you wish to have a quiet stay near Fort William."
