"We do really enjoy staying at this hotel when we visit alton Towers. The beds are so comfy, and the hotel its self is lovely. Reception staff are particularly friendly and welcoming. The only negative is that its a bit dated and needs a revamping. The carpets in particular are awful, some very stained amd dated. The paintwork needs a little maintenance too, the changing facilities for the pool are not that great. But for a nice one night stay it does us perfectly. "
