"Everyone was super helpful and nice. We stayed on the 18th floor and our housekeeper was so nice and greeted us everyday or every time we passed by her, asking each time if we needed anything. the bar downstairs is super convenient, but the female bar tender wasn't very interactive and drinks were ok. This hotel is super close to Freemont street. The only downside is all the "extra" hotel fees when checking in. It was supposed to be $139 at the hotel and it was nearly $300!!"

"Property was beautiful and very clean. Only problem we had was you can't buy a coffee or tea in the morning. Later discovered that if you cross the bridge to the California hotel, there's a coffee shop there. Got players card but then told had to get pin on at cashiers, so off I went there, however he said he was by himself so couldn't do so had to go to the California hotel players desk, however she said it should have been done at cashiers in main street, at this point I gave up"
