From the time we walked in to the time we checked out we had a 10/10 experience. The staff member that checked us in was very feiendly and upgraded our room to a suite, which we so much appreciated since my husband and I were celebrating our 21 year anniversary. Thank you for a lovely experience!

We stayed at the D for a girls trip. My only complaint is that it was so noisy. There didn’t seem to be any insulation between the hotel rooms so we heard everything going on in the rooms next to us. There was also no sound proofing with the windows and it is so loud at night on Fremont. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

We ended up with a room on floor 8 directly above the Fremont Street arch. The windows literally vibrated until 1am. If you're a light sleeper, this is NOT your zone of comfort. The room itself was pleasant, but had a distinct lack of areas (e.g., bedside) with electrical outlets for recharging the various mobile devices now accompanying virtually all guests. When the water was cut off for several hours prohibiting use of any of the bathroom features, I anticipated the property would offer at least a token form of compensation, but that was not forthcoming. Elevators were plentiful and quick, so that's a clear plus :-)

Really enjoyed our stay at The D hotel. Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean and my best friend and I felt safe there as two women alone. Only complaint would be a place to get something to eat late at night at the hotel. That's the only complaint we had! Everything else was excellent! We will be coming back again!

There was nothing in the ruins but a bed and TV, everything else had been removed. You have to pay $10 a day for a fridge that used to come with the room. There was no coffee pot and coffee and water was $5 each. I will chose another hotel next time.
