With high tech key cards for the lifts, and the most amazing organisation of a very busy breakfast area. The breakfast choice was just fabulous and everything was replaced quickly - nothing ran out whatever time you were there. The staff were so attentive and helpful. It's in a wonderful location so close to the Royal Palace and on the main shopping road. Transport was literally at the door. It's ideal for a stopover in Madrid "
