"I stayed three times during my trip. The first and second time the rooms were pretty basic. The third time when I stayed 2 nights I had the Double Superior room which was a definite upgrade from the previous standard rooms. All rooms have a nice soaking bathtub with bath additives and a lot of amenities including coffee, tea and bottled water. The even numbered rooms have better views. The service overall at the hotel was excellent from cloak service, cashier, lobby assistance, and restaurant. The hotel is very conveniently located to the Tenjin station and convenience stores, shopping and restaurants. My flight was in the evening, so I asked for a late checkout which was just for a couple of hours at ¥2000 per hour. I would definitely stay here again! "
