"We were booked to stay here but THE DAY of check in they messaged to say they were moving us. We were told it’s next door, but about a 15mins walk away. They only told me because I reached out to them. The place we stayed was not nice, the smoke smell made us both have a headache, the kitchen didn’t have a frying pan & everything just looked dated and grubby. We meant to have breakfast provided and the place we stayed didn’t have a kitchen. Not worth the money & messed around so much "

"This is a great, newly remodeled hotel. Breakfast was really good. The beds are comfortable, except for the pillow (it was too high for me), but this is just a matter of preference. AWESOME customer service!!! The people were very nice and helpful. We had a few issues with the wifi, but they were able to resolve them. The location is perfect; 3 min walk from a big shopping mall and the Metro Station. We really enjoyed our stay!"
