"This property is by far the cleanest we have stayed in during our travels all over Europe. The beds were comfortable. The air-conditioning worked great! Parking was tricky if you chose not to pay €15 a day for their underground parking. When we arrived, we were lucky enough to get a spot directly in front of the hotel! There are only four spots. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly during breakfast. Breakfast was pretty basic with no hot foods but delicious. (traditional meats, cheeses, breads, and jams). The machines to check in or convenient, but did not work for our check-in (wouldn’t accept our phone number). Thankfully, they are staffed 24 hours a day and our check-in went very quickly. Not having to keep up with a room key was great a simple code to get into your room.. There’s a great German restaurant across the street that we actually went to twice! The area across the street has a lot of drug use and loitering all day and into the night… It would be great if that was cleaned up. We did not feel unsafe, but it is unnerving if you have to walk through that area. Check out was even easier. We just simply left. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area with the opportunity."

"We absolutely loved our stay here and the next time we visit Frankfurt, we will definitely stay here again. The staff were all incredibly friendly, especially Ivan. He answered all my questions and kindly gave recommendations of where to eat. Parking was underground and there were always spaces available. The room was huge, clean, and had a great kitchenette. I really appreciated the water pressure with the shower and how spacious the bathroom was. We liked having the large water carafe to fill with the filtered water from the laundry room. The TV was a bit finicky and would randomly shut off, but that was our only issue. There's a huge mall with a large food court 300m away so that was convenient. They only offer house keeping after night 3 which was fine with us. They gave us drink vouchers for being OK with that, which was not necessary, but so kind. I hghly recommend this hotel!"
