"This resort is large and broad, access to the beach was a little wayward unless you stayed at the beachfront villa. You would need transportation to visit outside the resort, due to this reason we may stay close to Duong Dong city for more accessing to nearby location. It is a great place to relax and enjoy peace and quiet. The resort beach is clean with lifeguards, water related activities and no crowds. Villa pool is great for private enjoyment. Breakfast is excellent with varieties, we enjoyed vietnamese foods the most."

"Hotels.com has it rated as a four-star I rated it as s a 5 star, only complaint was from the 4th floor you can see the first floor glass roof where some patrons have thrown water bottles etc I brought it to their attention but it wasn't cleaned by the time we left and the ceiling fan blades in the room could have been a cleaner but other than that I still give it a five star and very affordable. Staff was very polite & helpful. No ocean view but within walking distance to VinSafari & VinWonders. Casino was 3 minutes away. Exceptionally large and clean swimming pool."

"It was my 3rd stay here. All is awesome, the only thing to improve from my perspective is coffee machine at breakfast. They installed the new one since march however espresso is still poor. I used some older what made it much better"

"We loved our stay at Peppercorn resort. The resort is beautiful, we had a beachfront room, we were literally 10m from the water. The room was comfortable and clean. We wanted a quiet place close to the beach and be able to snorkel and we were not disappointed. There was decent snorkeling jus a few tens of meter from the beach. In addition there is a very nice pool also available. The resort is located in the North in a more "authentic" part of the island with less tourist. The village close to the resort is a typical Vietnamese village with real working people, there are no shop directly aimed at tourist. Days trip are easily feasible for any part of the island, it may takes 1 to 1.5hours to go all the way to the south of the island which is reasonable. Even though we went during the rainy season (August), the weather was actually quite nice. There was some rains a few time (hard at time) but we were never rained out for the day. Most of all we really appreciated the staff of the hotel. They have been so nice and helpful with everything, we really felt special. So thank you very much and keep up the excellent work. We definitely recommend the place and we hope to be able to return there one of those days..."
