"Older style property but our room must have been recently renovated because everything looked brand new. Even the bathroom exhaust fan cover was spotlessly clean. New fluffy towels, new furniture, even the toilet looked new. The bed was very comfortable, the shower pressure was great. Spotlessly clean. The exterior public areas were just as clean. "Really lovely place. Welcoming, clean, feels new and so quiet inside the apartments. Right by the creek, could probably catch a nice red bream or trevally by throwing a line in! Very central, can walk to stadium, town centre, pubs, clubs and restaurants. Secure parking and secure building, felt very safe staying here. Slept very well, comfortable beds and furniture. Will definitely stay here again."

"We had an amazing stay at Castle Crest Motel. The staff were great. The room was not fancy, but it was clean, up-to-date, and well maintained. The location is an easy walk to the Strand and the beach. If I return to Townsville in the future (I hope I do!) I will definitely book here again. "
