The room was spacious with a very comfy bed and lots of little extras. We had a Club Room so the Executive Lounge was available to use. It was a great space, with refreshments provided. We ate in the Windows Restaurant and had a lovely meal at a good price. We would definitely stay again. "

"Due to my mistake when booking, we had not realized that all rooms weren't en-suite. This is aajor factor for us as my husband is disabled. The receptionist on duty 6/8/25 around 14:30, was so helpful and managed to get us sorted. The rooms were lovely and clean as were towels and bedding."

"I am a solo traveler, and I found this hotel to be a perfect option for me. It was nice, clean, and modern. The hotel staff was very welcoming. I didn’t choose a very spacious room, but it was impressively clean, quiet, and livable, and the bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean, with a nice shower. I didn’t try the breakfast or the bar, but the downstairs space has a bright, lively and funky vibe. The hotel is within walking distance of Merchant City shops and restaurants, an Aldi, and the Glasgow Cathedral and Necropolis (a must see). I would definitely stay here again!"
