"I so wanted to say this was outstanding. There were many reasons to give it an outstanding rating. Spacious room, clean, good breakfast, great quality. So why not outstanding? We could hear the washing machines in the night, plus we were woken up at 7:40am by maintenance drilling in the garage. The former might have been addressed by a room move, but the latter was bad planning. "
