In addition to a prime location, you are only a few steps away from the top-floor common area, with tables and chairs facing the view. On the ground level, you will discover the seasonal outdoor pool and a BBQ area with charcoal grills and picnic tables facing the peaceful woods.
Upon entering this gorgeous resort condo, you will find a welcoming open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Curl up on the sectional and warm yourself with the fire of the wood-burning fireplace as you stream entertaining movies, shows, and sports games on the smart TV with streaming and cable services. The living room opens onto a screened balcony with impressive mountain and valley views - it's the perfect place for your morning coffee and a good book. Back inside, the kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter and cabinet space, and all the essentials to prepare exquisite homemade meals for the group. There is a convenient laundry area featuring a Samsung washer/dryer.
Sleeping arrangements include three primary suites. One of the downstairs bedrooms has access to the screened porch and an en suite bath. On the side of the living area, you can find another main suite with an inviting window seat for some private mountain viewing. Upstairs, you will discover the grand main suite with an en suite bathroom featuring vanity areas and a walk-in shower.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
