"The Sutton Place Vancouver is beautiful and I highly recommend it. Can’t beat the location, situated right beside Robson. I loved the view from our hotel. It’s worth it to pay more to stay on a higher floor for the view and the quiet space. The hotel provides L’Occitane products - gorgeous. I loved the bathroom, it had a sensor light under the vanity near the toilet. Brilliant idea. The sun deck is premium, so is the fitness facility. It also has a spa, but didn’t have time to book a treatment. The hot tub was great, so was the pool. It’s walking distance from a ton of amazing restaurants and bakeries. The Boulevard restaurant attached to the hotel is a must visit. Exceptional food and service, we ate there three times out of the four days we stayed at the hotel. The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was the bed. Which is extremely disappointing because you want a good sleep on vacation. The staff did their best to accommodate me, they were very kind. That said, I much prefer the beds at the Fairmont. "

"We were upgraded to a beautiful harbor view! Wonderful room and very helpful staff. Problem first day with bathroom drain should have been identified during cleaning. Fixed immediately! Elevators we a problem. (Maintenance activities) ARC restaurant- mixed. Excellent dinner! So-So breakfast. Very good and friendly wait staff. Given the opertunity, we would stay again!"

"This hotel was incredibly convenient to the cruise terminal. The staff were all fantastic, and beyond helpful. The hotel is close to many food options, and easily walkable to surrounding shopping/dining options. The only negative (and a fairly minor one) was that for several hours while we were there, two of the guest elevators were down. It was a very long wait to get on the elevator, and the stairs weren’t really an option for us. This inconvenience only lasted about 5 hours, and by the early afternoon it wasn’t a problem any more. The hotel has a beautiful pool deck, with a heated pool and hot tub. "
